Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal for Intimate and Hygiene Products

Our webshop offers a range of products that are subject to special regulations due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Before exercising your right of withdrawal, please carefully read the information below.

If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return or if you would like to request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service before sending the product back.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please complete the withdrawal form and contact our Customer Service before returning any product.

1. Sexual Wellness and Hygiene Products

Most intimate products are supplied by the manufacturer with a hygiene seal, protective foil, tamper-evident sticker, or sealed packaging.

According to applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.

What should you do after receiving your order?

1. Inspect the external packaging of the product.
2. Check the product's colour, size, and design through the packaging whenever possible.
3. If you believe the product is not suitable for your needs, do not remove the manufacturer's hygiene seal or protective packaging.
4. If the product design allows it, verify its electronic functionality without breaking the hygiene seal.
5. Once the hygiene seal, protective foil, or sealed packaging has been opened, the product is considered a used hygiene product and can only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect, warranty claim, or faulty performance.

Important

We can only accept returned products if they meet all of the following conditions:

• Returned in their original packaging
• Hygiene seal, protective foil, or security closure remains intact
• All accessories and components are included
• Product is free from damage and signs of use

If any of the above conditions are not met, the product will be considered a used hygiene item and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Lingerie, Underwear, Wigs and Similar Products

After receiving your order, please inspect the product externally before opening or using it.

If the size, colour, or design is not suitable, please do not remove any labels, tags, or protective packaging.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of:

• Worn underwear
• Opened lingerie
• Used stockings or hosiery
• Opened wigs
• Any other products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

3. Product Exchanges

Product exchanges are only possible if the returned product fully complies with the return conditions described above.

All shipping costs related to product exchanges, including return and reshipment costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

Products may be returned by postal service or courier.

Please note that we cannot accept cash-on-delivery (COD) or freight collect shipments.

When returning a product, please ensure that:

• The original packaging is included
• All accessories and components are returned
• User manuals and documentation are enclosed
• The product is properly protected against damage during transport

Any damage resulting from inadequate packaging or handling may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Inspection of Returned Parcels

For quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes, the unpacking and inspection of returned parcels may be documented by internal video recording.

These recordings are used solely for handling complaints, verifying product condition, and resolving potential disputes.

6. Partial Withdrawal and Free Shipping Orders

If your original order qualified for free shipping but, after returning part of the order, the remaining order value no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refundable amount.

In the case of a full withdrawal from the purchase, all products included in the order, as well as any complimentary gifts received, must be returned.

7. Refunds

After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will verify whether it meets the return conditions.

If the product is returned in its original condition, with intact hygiene protection and all included accessories, the refund process will be initiated within 1–2 business days.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or banking institution.
